No. An internet connection is only required when launching and logging into the Cerviray AI program for the first time. Once the initial login is complete, you can use the service normally in offline mode without an internet connection.

A

The Cerviray AI program operates by recognizing and linking the camera device's unique identification information (MAC address) during the tablet login stage. If you are unable to log in, please check the following process:

1. Initial Login and Device Linking Verification

- First-time Login: When logging in for the first time, you must log into the tablet using the designated account where the MAC address of the corresponding camera is registered.

- Data Storage: Upon a successful initial login, the camera information is securely saved in the tablet's internal database (DB). This process must be completed to enable normal login via that specific camera from then on.

2. Troubleshooting

- Please verify that the account you are currently attempting to use is the correct one mapped to the camera device's MAC address, and check if it matches the account you previously used to log in.

- If the camera device has been replaced or your account information has changed, the login may fail due to a mismatch with the information registered in the internal DB. If you continue to experience login issues, please contact our Customer Support Center for assistance.

No, that is not possible. For security and system stability, the Cerviray program and the camera device are permanently paired on a 1:1 basis. Only one designated camera device can be linked and used per program.

A

No, that is not supported. The video feature is exclusively dedicated to observing and recording changes in the cervix after the application of acetic acid.

Although the camera supports the "Auto Focus" feature by default, the focus may occasionally be off depending on the shooting environment or lens distance. In this case, you can manually adjust the focus for a clearer image using the directional buttons on the camera.

- Adjusting Focus: Press the Left/Right (◀/▶) buttons to manually adjust the focus until the screen becomes as sharp and clear as possible.

- Zooming In/Out: Press the Up/Down (▲/▼) buttons to zoom in or zoom out on the subject.

* The shooting guideline (grey circle) in the center of the camera screen indicates that Auto Focus is running while it is yellow. Please take the photo after the guideline changes from yellow to grey, confirming that the focus has been locked.

The accuracy of the AI analysis is heavily dependent on acquiring high-quality images. The most recommended method is to position the cervix precisely in the center of the shooting guideline (grey circle) displayed in the middle of the camera screen. On the other hand, please note that AI analysis accuracy may decrease under the following conditions:

- Poor Positioning: The cervix is misaligned from the center of the screen.

- Poor Focus: The image is blurry due to focus issues (use the camera's left/right(◀/▶) buttons to manually adjust focus if needed).

- Poor Lighting: The subject is unclear because the lighting is too bright or too dark.

A

Yes. Once shooting is complete, tap the [Album] button in the bottom left corner of the screen to open the album view. In this screen, you can instantly review the AI analysis results displayed at the top area of the image.

Cervical Transformation Zone (TZ) Types 1 and 2 allow for smooth analysis as the ectocervix is clearly visible. However, for Type 3, there may be partial limitations in analysis due to its physical structure, which makes anatomical exposure difficult.

The examination and analysis process using Cerviray consists of the following 4 steps:

1. Patient Registration: Create and register the patient's information in the dedicated application before the examination.

Note: Patient information can also be registered via the patient selection pop-up on the camera.

2. Image Capture & Transfer: Capture cervical images using the camera, select the registered patient, and transfer the images to the application.

3. AI Analysis & Diagnosis: The application provides AI analysis results based on the transferred images, which medical professionals can refer to when making a final diagnosis.

4. Report Verification: Once the final diagnosis is completed by the medical professional, the consolidated details can be reviewed and confirmed in the form of a "Final Report."

A

Yes, it can. Our system specializes in seamless integration with PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) within hospital networks.

The specific integration workflow is as follows:

- Retrieving Patient Information: Imports the patient waiting list directly from the hospital system.

- Transferring Analysis Results: Once the final analysis is complete, the diagnostic report is securely transmitted to the hospital's PACS server.

It can be used for up to 2 hours. For more detailed information, please refer to the product manual.
