AIDOT, a medical artificial intelligence (AI) company, announced that its cervical cancer screening solution, Cerviray AI, has attracted strong interest from leading medical experts in Indonesia, creating a significant opportunity for expanding its presence in the local healthcare market.

AIDOT's Indonesian partner, PT NHM Meditech Indonesia, successfully hosted a luncheon meeting on June 18 with key opinion leaders (KOLs) from Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo National Hospital (RSCM), Indonesia's premier national referral hospital.

The event was organized to officially introduce Cerviray AI, a portable AI-powered digital colposcopy system, to the Indonesian healthcare community and to discuss future directions for cervical cancer screening and early detection programs in the country.

The meeting was attended by prominent gynecologic oncology specialists from RSCM, including Dr. Kartiwa Surya Atmaja, Dr. Ratih, and Dr. Cindy, who engaged in in-depth discussions regarding the current challenges and opportunities in cervical cancer screening in Indonesia.

Participants expressed strong agreement on the need for innovative technologies to address the limitations of existing screening programs. In particular, they highlighted the potential of Cerviray AI to improve healthcare accessibility in remote islands and rural regions where conventional colposcopy equipment and specialized medical personnel are often unavailable.

The specialists noted that widespread adoption of Cerviray AI in primary healthcare facilities and regional hospitals could strengthen referral pathways to tertiary care centers and contribute significantly to improving early detection rates of cervical cancer.

Dr. Kartiwa Surya Atmaja, Senior Gynecologic Oncologist at RSCM, emphasized the importance of collaboration with national medical societies for the successful implementation of innovative screening technologies.

He strongly recommended introducing Cerviray AI to the Indonesian Society of Gynecologic Oncology (HOGI) and the Indonesian Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology (POGI), which play leading roles in establishing women's healthcare standards in Indonesia, and encouraged the development of academic exchanges and educational programs related to the technology.

Indonesia continues to face a significant burden from cervical cancer, which remains one of the leading causes of cancer-related deaths among women. As a result, there is growing demand for innovative technologies that can enhance national screening coverage and improve early detection rates.

Mr. Samhyun Cho, CEO of PT NHM Meditech Indonesia, stated:

"This KOL meeting reaffirmed both the clinical value of Cerviray AI and its strong potential in the Indonesian market. We look forward to working closely with leading hospitals and medical societies to expand the adoption of AIDOT's AI-powered cervical cancer screening solution, Cerviray AI, throughout Indonesia and contribute to improving women's health nationwide."

RSCM (Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo National Hospital) is Indonesia's highest-level national referral hospital and one of the country's most prestigious medical institutions. The hospital leads advanced medical specialties, including gynecologic oncology, and serves as a central pillar in improving healthcare standards and referral systems across Indonesia.
